Lead training operations for the highly acclaimed ‘Blackmores Institute’. Ongoing training and Career Progression with regional scope. Build and develop a team of training professionals. The Blackmores Institute, an organisation committed to education, research and development in natural health solutions, has over 3,500 healthcare professional members. Last year the Institute trained more than 10,000 pharmacists or pharmacy assistants through a mix of online and face-to-face delivery. Blackmores is a market leader in developing and marketing products and services throughout Australasia that deliver a more natural approach to health. The scope for career growth and personal development continues to grow within Blackmores. We now operate throughout 10 Asian countries, including, Thailand & Malaysia and has most recently entered China. We are seeking a mature training professional to manage and lead our training team across the full scope of our operations for the Blackmores Institute. Reporting to the Director of Blackmores Institute, the primary purpose with this role is to deliver Blackmores business objectives and profit targets, and reinforce Blackmores health expert position, through effective, efficient and constantly innovative delivery of education and training to our customers at all levels. A significant component in this role will be the ability to motivate and develop the people and content associated with the training operation. You will have advanced communication skills with creative and highly developed writing ability. We see you coming from a qualified background in Complementary Health disciplines in order to comprehend the content and context of our training programs. Ideally experienced Naturopaths will be highly appropriate. Critical to your success in this role will also be the ability to clearly organise priorities; manage projects and to be highly organised in managing the strategic development of programs and desired outcomes linked to our education operations.
