Naturopathic Clinical Researcher

Are you ready for the final year naturopathic student or graduate career opportunity of all time?

Do you have a special interest and/or could see yourself fully and solely specialising in fertility treatment in an internationally renowned clinic that delivers world-class service and results to patients all over the globe?

We are hiring at our Sydney, Australia Headquarters – and this may be your dream role….

Natural Fertility Breakthrough exists to help couples take home healthy babies by overcoming infertility, miscarriage and the heartbreak of previously failed attempts.

We are the first fully-virtual fertility practice in the world. Since 2000 we have helped deliver healthy babies, worldwide – and every year we educate thousands of couples to take charge of their fertility journey and deliver peace of mind—one healthier family at a time.

We are looking for a last year naturopathic degree student or a recent graduate to help grow our research and evidence base in what we do as well as to support some new projects we have on the pipeline.

This would begin as a 1-3 day a week role with the potential to become a full time role based in our Maroubra, headquarters. In addition, there is also the potential for great diversity in this position including a clinical component of patient care and world class mentoring by highly successful practitioners – for the right applicant.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have high level ability to find good quality research to substantiate and further improve our services to our community and patients;
Be great at researching topical content and generating ideas for creating relevant niche content for our community;
Write internal articles for our team to distill your research and into clinically and educationally relevant content for our team’s use;

Our Promise to You

Open, honest, real time feedback;
Clarity and transparency;
Lots of variety and challenge (And we expect you to sing out if the challenge is too great!);
An opportunity for growth and development;
The real chance to be on the ground floor of something that will become a major force for good and change in the world of patient care;
Positive reinforcement. We are a strengths based organization – meaning we focus on what’s working and building people up, instead of what’s wrong and tearing them down;
We fall in love with our team as much as we fall in love with our patients; If this is you, this role can be the best job in your career.
