All nutrition consultations include a holistic and comprehensive assessment, covering the physical and mental being, lifestyle and any other pertinent issues.
Clients will receive individual dietary recommendations, food as medicine ideas as well as specific nutritional supplement advice.
All naturopathy consultations include a holistic and comprehensive assessment, covering the physical and mental being, lifestyle and any other pertinent issues.
Clients will be treated with dietary advice, herbal remedies, flower essences and nutritional supplements as required.
Relaxation Massage
This massage rejuvenates tired muscles and counteracts life's daily stress leaving you with a feeling of pure relaxation.
Remedial Massage
A therapeutic massage that targets deeper layers of muscle tissue, using advanced massage techniques to treat ailments pertaining to the musculoskeletal system.
