This Technical & Regulatory Affairs Officer role is great opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual looking for that next step in their career in complementary medicine.
The roles key responsibility is to be the first point of contact as a qualified naturopath taking product related calls to our Herbal Hot line.
Nature’s Sunshine Products maintains an extensive range of herbal and other complementary medicine products and is situated in Baulkham Hills.
In this role you will assist and report to the Technical & Regulatory Affairs Manager and will receive training and be involved in a wide range of technical and administration duties relating to our complementary medicines.
The role also offers the opportunity to develop your research and technical writing skills, and be actively involved in assisting in product communications.
To succeed in the role you must be passionately interested in herbal medicine and have qualifications in Naturopathy or Western Herbal Medicine. It will be an advantage to have some prior industry, technical writing experience and evidence based research.
You must also possess excellent communication and computer skills, have a “can do” attitude being keen to learn a diverse role within a small company.
