We are an award-winning Massage and Natural Health Centre in Clovelly, also with a Summer outdoors location in nearby Coogee. We are looking for a friendly, positive person to work with our team to help us continue to provide excellent service to our clients.
The successful applicant will work together with the other receptionist and the owner to cover the 7 day a week reception service.
The role involves supporting practitioners, answering calls and enquiries, managing appointments, setting up the clinic for each day and other duties involved in the day to day smooth-running of the practice.
The successful applicant will have experience in administration, combined with a genuine interest in the health and well-being industry, good communication and organisational skills and be a motivated team player.
This is a varied and, at times, challenging role within a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment.
The position is permanent part time. The hours available are Saturday 8am – 4pm plus Sunday 8.00am – 12 noon and/or any weekday 8.00am to 4.30pm. Casual shifts covering the other receptionists when they are on leave are also available.
Start: 18th December (approximately)
