We are looking for a passionate, positive, energetic individual to fill the role of clinic assistant/receptionist in our busy Naturopathic clinic in the heart of Bondi Junction.

We believe that our clients should feel cared for from their first contact with the clinic, so the welcome they receive and the level of professionalism and efficiency provided by our receptionist is an important part of their experience with us.
A passion for health is essential and previous experience in a medical or natural medicine clinic would be ideal, however not essential. We are happy to provide full training to the right candidate. This role would suit a non-practicing graduate naturopath or nutritionist or a current student of naturopathy or nutrition. There is scope for mentoring and career advancement for the right candidate.

• Provide excellent service to our clients over the phone and at reception
• Must be able to work autonomously and be self-motivated

• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent computer skills, fast, accurate typist
• Be able to manage a multi-line phone system
• Manage bookings and assist with administrative duties
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be a quick learner with great problem solving skills
• Assist with dispensary management and stock control
• Input web content (training provided)
• Help manage social media
• Flexible availability is ideal, including Saturdays
