Marketing Assistant (Fulltime 12 month maternity leave position)
Role description
BioMedica is an Australian owned company dedicated to formulating high quality and efficacious supplements for professional prescribing. Equally we are dedicated to preserving and enhancing the role of the professional holistic practitioner, with industry benchmark technical and educational support.
We are on the lookout for a like-minded person to join our team as our full-time Marketing Assistant, in a 12 month maternity leave position. If you are a natural medicine student or someone with a strong interest in natural therapies, this could be the role for you and a great start to your career in natural therapies.
Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
• Providing general assistance and support across various BioMedica marketing initiatives
• Coordinating marketing materials and BioMedica’s presence at industry events
• Supporting BioMedica’s Practitioner Consultants and other team members
• Assisting with the organisation of BioMedica’s professional education seminars and events
• Updating website content and providing assistance in website tasks
• Providing administration assistance where required
Qualifications and experience:
• Have an interest in natural medicine and be enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and proactive
• Possess strong written and verbal English language communication skills and a polite, friendly and helpful manner
• Have strong computer skills, previous office or administration experience is desirable but not essential
• Possess excellent organisation skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and understand priorities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and a willingness to help with whatever assistance is required
