We are looking for someone who is excited about Organic, Fairtrade and eco products to become the newest member of our team.
Organic Trader is a fast growing distributor of sustainable products and need someone to learn about our great products and work with our customers to fulfil their needs.
This is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic team, in a values based business, whilst learning about, trying and testing some of the best products in the market.
The position is a full time, Monday – Friday in our office in Rosebery, Sydney.
Job tasks and responsibilities
– Being the first point of contact by answering inbound calls
– Processing and invoicing orders and credit claims
– Contacting customers about their orders and liaising with and supporting our sales reps
– Reply to customer queries via phone and email
– Data entry
– Other Ad hoc duties as required
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate with have the following attributes:
– Great customer service skills
– Ability to take initiative
– Computer literate and have sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
– Proven abilities to work as part of a team
– A warm and positive attitude
– Willingness to learn new systems
