Based in Neutral Bay on the Lower North Shore, Health In The Bay is a multi-modality clinic working with a therapists in chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, nutrition and psycho-therapy. We are a busy local family run business looking for a friendly front of house receptionist to welcome all of our patients. Every day duties would include but are not limited to meeting and greeting all patients, admin/reception duties, managing patient records to be current and active, taking patient bookings and managing appointment book, managing payments and cash handling, answering and returning phone calls, marketing (including online) and other general clinic duties such as tidying treatment rooms, refreshing towels, cleaning, filing and and liaising with practitioners to assist them in their duties. The role is for two days a week part-time on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with ad-hoc additional hours to be negotiated as required if available. Knowledge or interest in holistic health would be an advantage. Previous experience in a similar role would also be preferable but not essential.
