Co-Creation is a small business in the Alternative Health and Human Potential and Wellness Industry located in Crows Nest. As part of our business we have 5 core business areas. • Provider of Thetahealing courses/Personal Development • Coaching/Private Consultation Practice • Events/Hosting • Venue/Room Hire • Distributor of Books & Thetahealing products Overview of the Role : Opportunity to work in a positive work environment with progressive and growing business. To provide administrative assistance and office support relating to the above core business areas on a daily basis as and when required by the directors of the business. Status: Casual Basis 2- 3 days a week Hours: 10am to 3pm (fixed 5 hour a day) Requirements: • Customer Service experience with exemplary customer service skills and phone manner. • Excellent Organisational and Time Management skills. • Technically savvy with Intermediate Computer skills, gmail, Word, Excel & Internet • Attention to detail. Positive with a “can do” attitude and a quick learner • Creative • Previous office administration experience • Ability to effectively multitask, work autonomously and take ownership of their role • Confident in using Social Media Duties include: • Variety of Office Admin tasks • Website and Advertising updates • Data entry(database) • Emailing and Mailouts(updating email campaigns using mailchimp • Cleaning and Centre up keep • Answering customer enquiries, class registrations and Product orders/posting • Venue booking & Diary Management • Invoicing Desirable Requirements: • A keen interest in personal development, health and natural therapies.
