GP Required - Whitsundays Would you like to be part of a multi-disciplinary health clinic situated in the picturesque Whitsundays as a GP with your first month's accommodation included? We invite applicants who are qualified GP's with experience, understanding and a professional attitude to join us at the Whitsunday Health Clinic for a permanent position in a contractor role. You will join a group of like-minded practitioners in a professional, busy practice with in-house referrals and great exposure, including our Clinical Psychologist, Nutritionist and Acupuncturist. Our clinic includes four fully fitted out clinic rooms and a health food/ supplements shop. One room is ready for a GP to start asap. The Whitsundays has a huge demand for professional health services, and the Whitsunday Health Clinic is well known for its professional services. Our clinic provides everything for you, including fully equipped consulting rooms, HICAPS, WiFi, reception staff to take your appointments and an environment where your working day will be enjoyable and fruitful. What you need to be a successful candidate · Follow all policies and procedures set out by the Clinic Director. · Fully qualified GP with experience · Able to work independently, be motivated to improve the health of others and be passionate about your job and being part of a small seaside rural community. · Happy to work within the hours of 8am-8pm with hours set by clinic manager. (Some late nights and Saturdays are mandatory) · Have your own ABN · Start date in December. · Able to invoice the clinic for commissions owed to you. · Accommodation is included as part of the package at no cost to you for the first month. · Willing to write articles for the website upon instruction from the director and web design team to increase interest of new advancements in medicine. · Appear professional and be a source of knowledge for the clinic staff as well as the wider community. · Maintain a healthy positive attitude and maintain a healthy professional image in the clinic, on social media and in the community.
