Full time receptionist needed for busy naturopathic clinic

Our busy specialist Naturopathic Clinic in Sydney CBD is growing again and requires a full-time receptionist with excellent customer service skills. Ideally you have experience as a phone based administrator, who prides themselves on their ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and keep their cool under pressure whilst delivering the best customer service possible! This is a role requires contact with patients both on the phone and in person. A friendly disposition is essential and willingness to work as a team. 2 years reception experience is required Exceptional typing skills Great phone manner Clear communicator on phone and in person Attention to detail is a must Be a fast learner who can assist clients with appointment details Booking placement in Practice Management System Assist Naturopath's with administrative duties and technical support (training provided) Previous medical/practice experience is a plus but is not essential. The position involves contact with all our patients, including making appointments, providing information about procedures, settling of accounts, answering telephone enquiries on multiple lines, some administration & technical support for Naturopaths and general greeting and processing of all customers of the business.
