Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant If you are looking for a position in a warm, energetic and friendly professional environment and enjoy interacting with people, then this is the position for you! You are: - Able to work autonomously and as part of a team - Organized and have the ability to follow procedures while delivering a high level of customer service - Able to prioritise and deliver results in a timely fashion - A strong communicator both oral and written - Confident in your phone manner - Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and know your way around a computer - Interested in Chiropractic Care and lifestyle wellness Responsibilities include: Customer service; - Patient management (including payment processing) and relationship building. Reception duties; - Running a tidy and organised desk - Keeping our busy clinic running smoothly - Invoicing and processing payments - Ownership of communication within the clinic and with the Chiropractor, including scheduling meetings an updating agendas This role further includes assistance with marketing activities. Your qualities: Warm, empathetic, efficient, energetic, flexible and thoughtful, with ability to multitask and work with a sense of pride. An interested candidate should have at least 1-year reception or retail experience. This position currently consists of 33.5 hours per week.
