At the Think Wellbeing Centre, you can take charge of your health from a holistic perspective. Our range of treatments combines a health science approach with complementary medicine, to help you enhance and maintain whole-person wellbeing. The Think Wellbeing Centre is the student clinic of the Australasian College of Natural Therapies (ACNT). ACNT is the premier college of natural medicine in Australia and trains more than 2,000 students each year from all over the world. All sessions are supervised by qualified and highly experienced practitioners. We run the Centre in conjunction with two other Laureate colleges, all offering a range of professional and affordable services:
Nutritional Medicine Practitioners draw upon the traditional and evidence based understandings of utilising food as medicine, along with therapeutic nutritionals; to enable those seeking treatment to manage complex health conditions such as stress, fatigue, digestive disorders, as well as cardiovascular, hormonal and immune concerns. Through comprehensive case taking and holistic analysis, our student practitioners are able to tailor dietary & nutritional prescriptions to best suit your individual health goals, incorporating nutritional recommendations and supplementation.
Work towards optimal health using your body’s own healing mechanisms. Naturopathy takes into account your symptoms, emotional wellbeing, diet and lifestyle to treat the underlying causes of disease from a holistic perspective. Depending on your individual needs, you may be treated with dietary advice, herbal remedies, flower essences or nutritional supplements.
In our busy modern world, it’s common to feel anxious or worn out. This massage rejuvenates tired muscles and counteracts life’s daily stress, leaving you with just the feeling of pure relaxation.
Whether you sit at a desk all day or run marathons – or both – remedial massage can help treat the underlying causes of musculoskeletal problems you may be suffering. This is a therapeutic massage that targets deeper layers of muscle tissue, using advanced massage techniques to target muscle damage and tension.
